The first given picture gives me more confidence in the President's leadership skills for a number of reasons. First and foremost I believe body language is everything, if you want people to believe you are in control you have to look like it. In the first picture Obama is smiling, has good posture and is literally leading those around him. He is surrounded by others who seem to be in decent moods and gives off the vibe that he is in control and is going to get something done. I believe he looks calm, confident and pleasant to be around in this picture because of the way he is carrying himself. The second picture shows the President as being silent, in thought and looking upset, which doesn't describe a leader. He looks worried and maybe a little apprehensive, which leads me to believe he doesn't necessarily know what his next move should be. The first picture is definitely my choice when it comes to leadership skills, however that's just my opinion and how I personally interpreted each photo.
